Direct booking model

We confirm bookings directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email, and you will receive a booking confirmation email from our side once the booking is finalized.

Advance payment

A 50% advance is required to confirm your stay, paid through GPay or direct bank transfer.

Quiet valley setting

The property is designed for a calmer mountain stay, so outdoor music is allowed only until 10:00 PM.

Digital detox & room servicev

We believe in a stay rooted in nature. Televisions and WiFi are intentionally not part of the experience.

Room service is reserved for elderly guests above 70 years of age, or mothers with children up to 2 years of age. For all other guests, meals are served in the riverside dining space.

Booking & payment rulesv

Booking enquiries are held for 24 hours. A 50% advance confirms the stay.

We accept GPay and direct bank transfers. Outstation cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation & refundsv
  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost retained
  • 29 to 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost retained
  • There is no refund for shortened stays or unavailed facilities

How is direct booking confirmed?

Is Wi-Fi or TV available in the rooms?

No. The stay is intentionally designed as a quieter digital-detox experience so guests can focus on the river, mountain setting, and slower pace.

Can room service or extra bedding be arranged?

Room service is reserved for elderly guests above 70 and mothers with children up to 2 years of age. Extra bedding can be arranged on request at Rs 1,800 per person depending on the room and group setup.

Are pets allowed at the property?

No. Pets are not allowed at WhiteStone Cottages, so please plan your stay with this in mind before confirming the booking.
